Carmen Gonzales Owner/Director - Carmen has over 20 years experience as a stylist in the San Diego area. Her qualifications include the Tigi Academy in Europe, as well as extensive Tigi, Redken, L'Oreal, and Sassoon training in London.

Roger Molina Redken Artist - Roger Molina is a motivated and inspirational hairstylist committed to constant evolution in design and styling. He believes that developing your craft is the key to being a successful hairstylist in a competitive and changing industry.

For the last three years he has worked and resided in Los Angeles. In a recent transition, he is now working in Downtown San Diego at Stil at the Meridian. Season after season Roger has worked on Runway teams for L.A. Fashion week. Some designers include Blumarine, Louis Verdad, and Elsie katz. Roger's Television work can be seen on such shows as America's next top Model and Flava Flave's "Charm School". Printed work can be seen in Soak, Wallpaper Magazine and others.
